Anthony Edwards, who portrayed the iconic character of Goose in the original Top Gun (1986), has expressed his admiration for the recently released sequel, Top Gun: Maverick. Speaking exclusively with our team, Edwards praised the filmmakers for their handling of his character's legacy.
"Tom Cruise and the entire team behind 'Top Gun: Maverick' did an incredible job honoring the memory of Goose," said Edwards. "They approached it with such sensitivity and respect, and I think they really captured the essence of the character and his relationship with Maverick."
